What the form collects

• Your name and email address.
• A phone number and sizing note, if you choose to add them.
• The kind of piece you’re considering and the message you write.
• The submission time and a short-lived, one-way technical fingerprint used to limit spam.
• Automated spam-risk labels, a short advisory AI summary, and an independent AI cross-check used to help Cole sort real requests from junk.

The raw network address used for that anti-spam fingerprint isn’t stored with your inquiry.

How it’s used

Cole uses what you send to understand and answer your request. The website keeps a copy in a Cloudflare database so a message can’t get lost if email delivery is interrupted. Once email notification is connected, the same details are forwarded to Cole’s verified inbox. Automated checks can flag a message for attention, but they never decide whether the form saves or delivers it. If an AI check is unavailable, the saved inquiry and email-retry path continue without it.

Storage and deletion

The site runs on Cloudflare. Inquiry records are kept only while they’re useful for replying, recordkeeping, or sorting out a delivery problem. Cole can remove a record on request. Ordinary email back-and-forth stays in Cole’s inbox under his normal email settings.

No selling, no sharing

Inquiry details aren’t sold and aren’t shared with marketers. Service providers touch them only as needed to host the site, store the submission, and deliver the notification.

Your choices

If you want to know what Cole has saved, correct it, or have it removed, send a note through the inquiry form and mention that it’s about privacy.
